Members of GUCC attended a vigil outside of the Edna Mahan women’s prison in Clinton Township on Saturday, March 27th. Attendees listened to former inmates tell their stories of the physical and emotional abuse they had to endure while incarcerated at Edna Mahan. No human being should ever have to endure such inhuman treatment. Thank you Maggie D’Aversa for your work on this cause, and for sharing details of the vigil with GUCC members.
